This module takes into account the thermal characteristics of the pipes and the ground temperature in the vicinity of each pipe, to assess the temperature variation from the structures, which are all considered as boundary conditions.  

The Thermic calculation provides an additional indicator for assessing the degradation of water quality during its stay in the network.

Mixing is considered instantaneous at the crossing. A single result is produced: the temperature. The results can be displayed either in table form for each time step (5 min to 1h) for the whole network, or in table form for the whole day per node, or in the form of curves showing variations in the value during the simulation per node based on the network diagram.
